Account and data deletion
How to delete your KCARD78 account and saved records yourself, or request deletion by email. The Android app and the website use the same account.
Delete it in the app or on the website
- Sign in to the KCARD78 app or kcard78.com.
- Open Account from the menu.
- Choose Delete account, read the notice and confirm.
Your account is deleted right away and you are signed out. This cannot be undone.
If you cannot sign in or have removed the app
Uninstalling the app does not delete the account stored on our servers. If you cannot sign in, email contact@kcard78.com with [Account deletion] in the subject. Tell us which sign-in method you used (Google, Kakao or Naver) and your account email. After we verify it is your account, we will delete it without undue delay, within the period required by law, and let you know. Please write from the email address you registered with so nobody else can delete your account.
What is deleted
- Account details: linked sign-in provider information, name (nickname), email, and the date of birth entered at sign-up
- Sign-in session records
- Your tarot history: saved card results, questions and AI interpretations
- AI content reports you submitted and their review records
- Free credits, invitations, coupons and other event information tied to the account
- Remaining uses, which are lost when the account is deleted
What we keep, and for how long
Records we must keep by law are not deleted when you delete your account. They are erased when the retention purpose ends.
- Payment and consent records (order number, amount, the email entered at checkout, consent items and time): 5 years
- Refund and dispute records: 3 years
- A record of the uses left at the time of deletion, kept with the records above so we can answer refund questions
Anonymous usage statistics are not linked to your account and do not identify you, so they are not part of deletion. See the Privacy Policy for details.
To remove only some records
To keep your account but clear your card history, use Account and choose the card-history deletion control.
Before you delete
- If you have unused paid reading credits, read the Refund & Credit Policy before deleting. They are lost after deletion.
- Your Google, Kakao or Naver account itself is not deleted. To remove the connection, revoke KCARD78 in that service’s settings.
