kcard78 ("the Service") is a free tarot card web service that requires no sign-up. The Service does not collect personally identifiable information such as your name, contact details, or date of birth.
There is no account registration or login. We do not collect or store names, email addresses, phone numbers, postal addresses, or payment details.
For convenience, the following is stored only in your browser (local storage). It is never sent to our server and disappears when you clear your browser data.
When you create a match link, the drawn card numbers and the creation time are stored in Cloudflare KV. This contains nothing that identifies a person, and only someone with the link can open it. Stored entries are deleted automatically after a period of time.
The Service runs on Cloudflare Workers. For operation and security, connection data (IP address, browser type, access time) may be processed temporarily by Cloudflare under its own privacy practices.
We do not sell or share collected data with third parties. If you choose to share a result through an external service such as KakaoTalk or Instagram, that service’s own policy applies.
The Service is not directed at children under 14, and we do not knowingly collect their personal information.
